27.06‒3.07 Exhibition ‘Honey plants and aromatic plants’

The exhibition in the botanic garden will be displaying the most common honey plants and aromatic plants. Visitors will be able to learn what primary nectar-bearing plants are, why plants smell and how essential oils and aromatic plants can be used in everyday life.
At the weekend, a variety of workshops will be held, where you can look at flower pollen under the microscope or use pollen of various colours for decorating cookies as well as learn to make flower water. There will also be workshops of the Estonian Aromatherapy Association. During the exhibition, you can also buy honey, essential oils and honey-based products.
