Discover the colours, flavours and traditions of Morocco at the Tallinn Botanic Garden Visitor Centre!
Bring the whole family and enjoy a memorable cultural day where Moroccan music, dance, cuisine, handicrafts, fashion and hospitality come together. Exciting workshops, concerts, a lecture, a fashion show and authentic Moroccan culinary experiences await you.

11:00–12:00 | Guided Tour – Moroccan Plants at the Tallinn Botanic Garden
Join a guided tour led by a specialist from the Botanic Garden and discover plants and trees native to Morocco that are cultivated in the Tallinn Botanic Garden.

12:15–13:00 🍲 Moroccan Cooking Workshop
Discover the secrets of authentic Moroccan cuisine and learn how traditional Moroccan dishes are prepared.

12:15–13:00 🫖 Moroccan Tea Ceremony
Experience the authentic Moroccan tea ritual and learn about one of the country’s most cherished traditions.

12:15–13:00 ✋ Henna & Amazigh Motifs Workshop
Learn about the symbolism of traditional Amazigh henna designs and try this beautiful art form yourself.

12:15–13:00 🎨 Children’s Fashion & Creativity Workshop
Moroccan fashion designer Hajar takes children on an inspiring journey into the world of traditional Moroccan clothing. During the workshop, participants will colour fashion sketches while discovering Moroccan embroidery, craftsmanship and design.

13:15–13:45 🎤 Lecture – Eduard Wiiralt and Morocco
How did Morocco influence the work of one of Estonia’s greatest artists, Eduard Wiiralt? Join us for an inspiring story about his travels and artistic legacy.

Experience the hospitality, traditions and desert culture of the Moroccan Sahara.
Moroccan Cultural Corner
Discover traditional Moroccan costumes, handicrafts, decorative arts and the country’s rich cultural heritage.

Visitors are invited to enjoy complimentary tastings of authentic Moroccan products.

An energetic live concert blending Moroccan, African and contemporary rhythms.
