Orchid Days (Feb 28–Mar 9, 2025)
From February 28 to March 9, the Tallinn Botanic Garden will host its annual orchid exhibition, a long-standing tradition.
Visitors will have the opportunity to see rare wild species alongside hybrids created through human cultivation. The exact number of species and varieties on display will be determined shortly before the exhibition and may change during the event, depending on the blooming and wilting of the flowers.
A plant sale will take place in the conference hall of the Palm House.
The Palm House is open daily from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except on Wednesdays when it is open from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. During the Orchid Days, the Palm House will close to visitors at 4:00 PM (except on Wednesdays), meaning no entry will be allowed after this time. However, visitors who have entered before 4:00 PM may stay until 5:00 PM.
Note! We recommend using public transport or a taxi to visit the exhibition, as parking space in the botanic garden is limited due to construction work. Bus lines 34 and 38 serve the Tallinn Botanic Garden, and bus 48 runs from Pirita and Lasnamäe.
Entry with a standard botanic garden ticket.
